For commercial roofing contractors
We book roof surveys with facility managers. You pay only for the ones that show up.
Done-for-you cold email to the people who control the roof budget at flat-roof buildings in your metro. We find them, write to them, answer the replies, and put the survey on your calendar.

15-minute call · One roofer per metro
The problem
Your work comes from people who already know you.
Referrals, repeat property managers and bid lists keep the crews busy, but none of them put you in front of a facility manager who has never heard your name. So you hear about the big re-roof when it's already out to bid, and you're one of five numbers on the table.
The offer
No show, no charge.
A survey is billed only when the facility manager is on the roof with you. If they cancel, ghost you, or turn out to be the wrong person or the wrong building, you don't pay for it.
You pay for
- A survey that happens
- With the facility manager or decision maker
- At a building that fits the criteria you approved
- Where budget and timeline came up
You never pay for
- No-shows
- The wrong person or the wrong building
- Emails sent or replies received
- "Interested" leads that never book
How it works
Four steps. You do the last part.
- Days 1 to 14
We build the list
Flat-roof buildings in your metro, the facility manager at each one, and verified emails. You approve the list.
- Days 1 to 14
We write the emails
Short, plain emails about their roof, in the words a facility manager uses. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
- Day 15 on
We send
From domains in your name, warmed up for two weeks so the emails reach the inbox.
- Every reply
We answer and book
We reply to every response, qualify it, and put the survey on your calendar with the address and contact. You walk the roof.
FAQ
Questions roofers ask.
What counts as a qualified survey?
All four have to be true: the person is the facility manager or whoever makes the roof decision, the building fits the criteria you approved, budget and timeline came up, and they show up. We agree on this in writing before anything goes out. If any one is missing, it isn't billed.
Is there any other cost?
Yes, one. A flat monthly fee pays for the sending setup: the domains, inboxes and lead data, all registered in your name. I pass it through at cost and will show you the invoices. There's no setup fee and no contract, and you can cancel anytime.
How soon does it start?
New inboxes need 14 days of warm-up so the emails land in the inbox instead of spam. You approve the building list and the emails during those two weeks. Sending starts on day 15, and you get a written report every Friday showing what went out and who replied.
Do you work with other roofers in my area?
No. One commercial roofer per metro. The same buildings can't be pitched by two roofers, so once your metro is taken, it's closed.
